SanterMedia helps gym owners across the US grow with Meta ads, lead-nurture systems and sales coaching. We work mainly with youth sports-performance and transformation gyms.

The role

You're a gym owner's first conversation with us. You respond fast, qualify properly, and book the right owners into a demo with our founder/sales team. You make sure every demo is worth having. Leads come from our ads and pipeline. There's no cold calling.

What you'll do

• Call and text every new lead within 5 minutes during working hours.

• Run short intro calls to understand the gym, its numbers and its goals, and qualify it.

• Book qualified demos, with every decision-maker attending.

• Confirm demos, and re-book no-shows.

• Follow up older leads and anyone who didn't book.

• Log every call outcome daily, and write short handover notes before each demo.

You'll suit this if you

• Have 2+ years of appointment setting or phone-based inside sales. High-ticket or B2B is a plus; fitness is a bonus.

• Are persistent, organised and coachable.

• Speak and write clearly.

• Are honest. We don't want anyone overselling.

How we hire

1. A short application with a 60–90 second voice note.

2. A 20-minute role-play call.

3. A paid 1-2 week trial on real leads.

Pay

$3,000/month base + 5% of all cash collected over each client's first 6 months, for clients from demos you book. Commission is paid as the cash arrives.

Hours

Between 8am to 6pm (Eastern/Central).
