What weeks pay here: real July 2026 payroll, US and Canada, before tax
dollars: every training week. Weeks 1 and 2 are paid hourly at $16.

Training is hourly: $16 an hour for your first two weeks in the US and Canada. After that you're on commission with no cap, paid weekly. The leads are warm and we hand them to you. Nobody here buys leads or cold calls.
Commission weeks vary, and your early ones build while your skills do. In July, one commission week in four past ramp paid $737 or better. The top tenth of weeks paid $966 or better, and the best single week paid $1,427.
The ladder is real too. BGS leads run their own pod, and their typical July week paid $1,148. All four of our current US and Canada leads were promoted from this seat inside two years, two of them within 14 months.
You log in from home and the phone system brings you homeowners who asked for a quote on windows, a bath, a roof, flooring. You call, you listen, you set a time that works for them, you confirm it. A good day ends with appointments that hold, because that's what you're paid on. Nobody counts your dials.
We're open 120 hours a week. Full time is 40 to 45 hours depending on your country, built from shifts inside that window. The more of the week you can cover, the better we can match your shifts to the busiest hours, and the busiest hours pay best.
You bring a computer, a headset, wired internet and a quiet room. We bring the software, the phone system and the coaching.
Training is paid by the hour. You go live on calls with a BGS lead beside you, and your first credits start counting from your first appointment. Most people's pay climbs through the first two months; some weeks in that stretch pay little, and we tell you that up front.
Every 90 days we review your numbers with you. BGS leads, our team leads, are promoted from this seat. Top performers get there within about a year. Not everyone does. The path is real, and it isn't automatic.
