About The Role

Turn inbound leads into booked appointments and sales for US businesses.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, SMS and email
• Qualify leads and understand their needs
• Book appointments on the sales team's calendar
• Follow up with leads that haven't converted yet
• Keep the CRM up to date
• Reach daily activity and booking targets
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ year in sales, appointment setting or customer service
• Advanced English (C1 or higher), confident on the phone
• Target-driven and resilient
• CRM experience
  
  

Nice To Have

• GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Close
• Experience in real estate, home services or insurance
  
  

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), confident on the phone

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
