Allstars Merchant is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our remote team as Appointment Setters! If you love connecting with people and helping clients take the next step, this role is for you—all from the comfort of your home. Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence). A positive, energetic, and engaging personality (clients should enjoy talking to you). Strong listening skills and the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural. Confidence to handle objections and keep the conversation moving forward. Reliability and consistency—show up ready to succeed every shift. Equipment at home : a laptop or desktop computer, a good-quality noise-canceling headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Our initial offer is $3 per hour. We will renegotiate your rate after a month depending on your performance. Weekly Payout High performers will have the opportunity to move into Sales roles . Sales positions offer double to triple the earnings potential , with uncapped commissions on top of base pay.
