We’re seeking an AR Specialist to join us. This is a remote position. What you’ll do: Follow up on claims rejections and denials Identify billing issues Communicate with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims Work daily correspondence work files Process and follow up on appeals Resolve correspondence issues What you’ll bring to Zotec: AR follow-up experience Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data Strong willingness to learn new technologies, concepts, and ways to work cross functionally Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Skilled in identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions Capable of prioritizing workflow and working within deadlines in a high-volume environment Must be detail oriented, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects High school diploma or equivalent At Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
