Website: https://www.tgpinternational.com About the Role We work with brands and clients to deliver successful F&B marketing campaigns with partners from developers, hotel groups and individual restaurants. Our marketing services include marketing planning and strategy development, content creation, marketing implementation, social media management, advertising, reporting and analytics. We require a Social Media Assistant to join our team to support social media content planning and management for client marketing projects. Role Planning social media and scheduling across Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat Create monthly social media calendar for multiple clients Dual language copywriting in Arabic and English Developing in-house content such as Reels and Tiktoks Capturing content on site for low-res photoshoots Editing content using software such as CapCut, Canva or other editing platforms Suggest ways to build our community and help to encourage footfall/reservations Develop plans to increase following and engagement Building engagement & visibility through community management Understanding of audience insight to inform campaigns and marketing activation Uphold company image and tone of voice across all media channels Writing photography briefs based on content requirements Supporting and overseeing photoshoots Develop aesthetic moodboards, cohesive grid look and feel, remaining on brand with a good eye for design and detail Write and create email campaigns in line with the strategy Build database via data collection initiatives, develop strategies to increase community and network Work with ops team to develop promotions and product innovation Circulate monthly promotions tracker and notifications to internal team Ensure all promotions are executed and delivered on time Keep marketing trackers and calendars up to date Attend and issue meeting minutes from weekly internal brand meetings Update website changes and menus when required Develop and maintain influencer contact lists and rate cards Negotiate and confirm influencer visits on behalf of brands Organise calendar invites and influencer/admin tasks Develop competitor analysis reports to support social media strategy Responsible for reporting and providing recommendations from insight Action additional tasks as required 1+ years of experience in marketing and social media A relevant degree or equivalent experience Fluent in Arabic & English Strong knowledge and interest in social media Experience using Instagram and TikTok and knowledge of Snapchat Knowledge of hospitality across the GCC Previous marketing hospitality experience (ideal but not essential) Experience creating content and managing/growing socials Passionate about hospitality, food, leisure, and lifestyle trends A self-starter and well-organised Excellent communicator, written and spoken Proven experience in digital marketing Experience working on B2C brands Software Canva Capcut or equivalent Microsoft Office Social Media Scheduler – Later, Buffer, Hootsuite TGP International Employee Benefits: Five-Day Work Week: Standard Monday to Friday schedule.
