Position summary
Evaluate assigned disputes, produce well-supported written determinations, and complete case steps under the approved Arbitration controls.
Key responsibilities
-
Review submissions and applicable requirements; identify missing information and escalate defined exceptions.

Draft accurate, complete, and defensible determinations with documented rationale.

Meet case deadlines and record required activities and statuses in CTS and CMS as authorized.

Respond to peer review or QA findings and correct assigned work within required timelines.

Participate in training, calibration, and peer review duties when qualified and assigned.
Qualifications
-
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex records and write reasoned decisions.

Ability to manage a deadline-driven caseload and use case management systems.

Any required license, credential, or subject-matter qualification must be confirmed for the specific assignment before posting.

Juris Doctorate requirement, graduate of an ABA approved law school

Working relationships
