About the Role The Arbitrations Coordinator supports the administration of the Producers Mark process and the Guild’s legal and arbitrations function. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel and working closely with the Paralegal & Manager of Arbitrations and other members of the legal team, this role coordinates Producers Mark submissions for more than 400 films each year, supports arbitration scheduling and documentation, administers the Producing Partnership Process, and assists with awards eligibility and other legal team initiatives About the Candidate You are an organized and thoughtful early-career professional who communicates well, exercises good judgment, and takes initiative. You are comfortable managing detailed, deadline-driven work and handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity. You are curious, dependable, and eager to learn, and you enjoy collaborating with others while taking ownership of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support the timely administration of the Producers Mark process, including gathering, organizing, and tracking submission information. Prepare materials for Producers Mark and awards eligibility processes, including redacting sensitive information prior to arbitrations. Coordinate arbitration scheduling, maintain the Arbitrations Calendar, and respond to questions about the submission process. Administer the Producing Partnership Process, including collecting petitions, organizing materials for the Producing Partnership Panel, scheduling meetings, and collecting and tabulating votes. Draft determinations and maintain accurate records of Producing Partnership determinations and dissolutions. Assist with drafting, organizing, and managing legal and arbitration-related documents. Maintain and update the List of Arbiters. Coordinate annual revisions to the Producers Mark and Awards website with the Associate General Counsel and Paralegal & Manager of Arbitrations. Support special projects and initiatives across the legal team, including awards eligibility and ballots. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of professional experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the Associate General Counsel. Work Location & Schedule: Los Angeles, CA. The Guild operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Benefits PGA offers employees medical, dental, and vision coverage options. The Guild has 10 paid holidays per year and 2 paid personal days. For employees based in California, monthly parking at the PGA office is paid by the Guild.
