Role Description The ARC Reporting & GDS Ticketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing airline ticketing operations and ensuring accurate ARC reporting for Flyer Club’s premium travel bookings. Daily tasks include issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets in the GDS, handling complex international itineraries, and validating fare rules, taxes, and commissions in line with airline and ARC regulations. The role involves maintaining precise financial and sales records, reconciling ARC reports, and promptly resolving ticketing discrepancies. The specialist will support reservations and sales teams with ticketing-related inquiries, collaborate on process improvements, and provide timely, professional communication to internal and external stakeholders to uphold Flyer Club’s high service standards.

Qualifications
- Ticketing and reservations expertise, including Ticket Sales and Reservations skills for international Business Class and First Class itineraries.
- Sales-oriented capabilities, such as Sales skills focused on premium travel services and cross-selling or upselling when appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including Communication and Customer Service skills to support clients and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and hands-on experience with ARC reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills for fare construction, tax validation, and error resolution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in an airline, consolidator, or travel agency ticketing role; luxury or premium travel experience is an advantage.
- Relevant education or certification in travel, tourism, or related fields is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
