Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title: Architect Job Location: Remote Experience: 7-10 Years Job Description: Lead ServiceNow solution architecture for ITOM , ITSM , and ITBM with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Design and implement architecture for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., CMDB, Active Directory). Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards for ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions that meet functional and technical requirements. Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow modules and workflows. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and platform issues. Drive continuous improvement, incorporating new ServiceNow features and innovations into the architecture. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: 7-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture in ITOM , ITSM , and ITBM . Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, performance optimization, and security. Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration , scripting , and customization . Experience leading and defining ServiceNow architecture in complex, large-scale environments. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ServiceNow. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
