BuildTX Studio | High-End U.S. Residential Architecture

BuildTX Studio is the architectural arm of BuildTX Group, focused on design-driven, high-end residential architecture across the United States.

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Architect with a strong design voice and the ability to translate ideas into beautiful, buildable architecture—and present it through exceptional renderings.

This is a remote, full-time role for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands residential design at a high level, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling luxury platform.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in designing custom residential projects from concept through documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, interiors, and construction teams to ensure designs are not only visually compelling—but realistic, efficient, and aligned with U.S. building standards.

This role is not junior. We’re looking for someone who can think independently, make smart design decisions, and execute with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Design high-end residential exteriors and interiors
• Develop concept designs, layouts, and permit-ready drawings
• Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings
• Apply and research U.S. building codes and city-specific requirements
• Coordinate with interiors and construction teams to ensure buildability
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, budget, and site constraints
• Stay current on architecture, materials, and residential design trends

What We Are Looking For

• COMPLETED Degree in Architecture
• 3–6+ years of professional architectural experience (residential required)
• Strong rendering skills are NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp and/or Revit
• Rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — required
• Spanish proficiency — strong plus
• Experience designing for the U.S. residential market — major plus
• Excellent design judgment, proportion, and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently
