Architect

This is a remote position.

• Create designs for construction projects
  
• Produce high-level drawings for designing buildings
  
• Take measurements
  
• Submitting permit drawings
  
• Drafting
  
• Meet with clients either virtually or in-person to present options.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of residential renovations and home construction
  
• 3+ years experience in residential design/drafting
  
• Experience with permit applications, variances, and the committee of adjustments
  
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering software
  
• Good time management skills and ability to multitask
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Able to make smart decisions and problem solve independently
  
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  
• Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent in training or experience
