Architect/Civil engineer for industrial projects

We're looking for an experienced Architect/Civil Engineer to join our team in Szeged/Hungary, where you will lead the design and execution of complex industrial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into comprehensive architectural and engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable industrial facilities that meet both technical specifications and project timelines.

• Develop detailed architectural and structural designs for industrial projects using advanced CAD and BIM software
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and constraints
• Prepare technical documentation, blueprints, and construction drawings in compliance with German building regulations
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage project budgets, cost estimations, and resource allocation throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance
• Oversee construction phases and provide on-site technical supervision and quality assurance
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and design team members
• Stay current with industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in industrial construction

• Proven experience in civil engineering and architectural design for industrial projects (minimum 5+ years)
• Advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and building codes, particularly German DIN standards
• Demonstrated project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Experience with cost estimation, budget management, and resource planning
• Proficiency in site assessment, feasibility analysis, and construction planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Leadership experience and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building methodologies (preferred)
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance protocols in construction (preferred)
• Professional certification or licensure in civil engineering or architecture (preferred)
