ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER (REMOTE)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models for large-scale superblock and high-rise developments , ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project and authority standards. Prepare and update Revit-based drawings, schedules, and model deliverables , supporting design development, coordination, and construction documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Revizto for issue tracking, clash resolution, and model review, proactively identifying and resolving design and constructability challenges. Collaborate effectively in a remote working environment , ensuring timely communication, problem-solving, and alignment with project objectives and deadlines. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience in the GCC , with proven exposure to superblock and/or high-rise projects . Strong proficiency in Revit and Revizto , with the ability to manage large, complex models and coordinate across multiple disciplines. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote project setup. Vertical: Digital Engineering
