About two-thirds of your time will be spent in the office and one-third outside, attending client meetings, visiting job sites, and conducting field work. You will work extensively with Revit and other design tools on a diverse project base, including single-family residential, multifamily, commercial, high-tech commercial interiors, healthcare, industrial, and government-related projects such as aerospace, semiconductor facilities, offices, and labs. The culture emphasizes camaraderie and shared experiences, with quarterly "Forced Friendship" events where the team participates in a hobby chosen by a colleague, along with team coffees and lunches, birthday celebrations, retreats, hiking, volleyball, sailing, and community service activities.
