We are hiring an Architectural Drafter / Revit Specialist to join the team of one of our U.S.-based architectural clients in New York.

In this role, you will create accurate, clean, and fully coordinated architectural construction documentation for real-world U.S. commercial and multifamily projects. This is an ideal position for Architects or Architectural Drafters in LATAM with strong Revit skills, sharp attention to detail, and experience working under U.S. drawing standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop full architectural drawing sets: floor plans, exterior/interior elevations, building sections, and construction details using Revit.
• Interpret and incorporate markups, redlines, and design revisions from architects and project managers efficiently.
• Prepare complete, coordinated drawing packages for Design Development (DD), Permitting, and Construction Documentation (CD).
• Conduct internal coordination and QA/QC reviews to eliminate drawing errors and maintain strict compliance with graphic standards.
• Utilize Bluebeam Revu and BIM 360 for cloud collaboration, redline tracking, and file organization.

What You’ll Bring

• English Level: Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / C1).
• Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
• Core Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and Bluebeam Revu; experience with BIM 360 is highly valued.
• Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in Multifamily or Commercial architectural projects.
• US Standards: Familiarity with U.S. construction document sets, imperial units, and basic building codes.
• Education: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Drafting, or equivalent practical drafting experience.
