Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist with at least 5 years Irish experience in a similar role, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Key responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings, technical drafting, developing working and construction drawings, site inspections and coordinating designs. The candidate will assist in implementing technical solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Technology, including the ability to understand and develop architectural designs with at least 2-5 years Irish experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Technical Drawings, detailing, site inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and Irish Building Regulations.
• Strong skills in creating Architectural & Construction Drawings with attention to detail.
• Competency with design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Irish building regulations and construction processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in delivering mixed-use or large scale residential developments within Ireland.
