About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Area Business Director to lead regional sales growth, mentor field sales teams, and expand our presence within the medical aesthetics market. As an Area Business Director, you will oversee regional revenue performance, support Territory Sales Managers, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process from initial engagement to closing. Key Responsibilities Drive Regional Revenue Growth Meet or exceed sales quotas within your assigned region Identify new opportunities and expand relationships with healthcare providers Manage multiple sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment Sales Execution Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Address customer objections and deliver solutions that align with practice needs Cross-sell complementary products and solutions when appropriate Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and practice leaders, including: Dermatologists Plastic surgeons Cosmetic surgeons Urologists OB/GYNs Med spa and private practice owners Team Collaboration & Leadership Mentor and support Territory Sales Managers Assist field teams with complex deal strategy and closing opportunities Collaborate with internal partners including clinical specialists and leadership Market Engagement Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events Stay current on aesthetic technology trends and customer needs Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system Provide regular pipeline and sales activity updates Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of sales experience , ideally in: Medical devices Capital equipment Surgical devices Laser technology Healthcare technology Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to understand and communicate complex product information Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Work Environment This is a remote, field-based position that requires regular travel to medical offices, clinics, and industry events. The role involves working with standard office technology including laptops, mobile devices, and CRM systems.
