Quality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full health center compliance with OSHA, Title X, Medicaid/Medicare, PPFA accreditation, and clinical quality standards, in close partnership with clinical leadership.
Patient Experience & Service Recovery: Promote a culture of patient-centered care across all locations, analyzing patient satisfaction data and guiding managers on effective service recovery processes.
Strategic & Community Engagement: Support organizational growth and service expansion initiatives while representing PPM in community partnerships and professional healthcare forums.
Work Schedule and Travel Requirements
On-Site / Remote Balance: 80% On-Site (field-based leadership across health centers), plus 20% Remote support.
Travel: Regular travel between multiple PPM health center locations throughout North/Central Maryland.
Transportation: Must possess a valid Maryland driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance in compliance with Maryland vehicle code requirements.
