Area Manager - Northeast Lincolnshire

Currently required for North-East Lincolnshire is an area manager.

Initial coverage area will include Scunthorpe too until Scunthorpe is more established.

Then Scunthorpe will have their own Driver Controller who will work as a number 2 to the area manager.

The area manager in first instance wil be required to drive and deliver as well as look to recruit drivers and stores.
It will be fully hands on requiring spare time to get in touch with stores locally and get them signed to GMF UK / Foodel UK

Once signed up these increase the amount of orders delivered, and the recruits that were taking on can look to deliver any orders that are taken on.

The benefits to the area manager will be the courier fees for self deliveries, and a proportion of profit to be established at hte time of interview or subsequent acceptance informal discussion.

The manager will be in charge of administration, filing paperwork in a timely manner and meeting targets and deadlines including but not limited to the amount of new store signups per month, the number of orders per month, overall order sales and overall profit per month.

Should targets be met there's possibility off additional bonuses all covered out of any profit earned before GMF UK / Foodel UK take any cut.

Territory – The Brand shall give the distributor exclusive distribution rights to The Brands across the region as agreed with the manager.

This is for the purpose of Franchising/Sub-Franchising/3rd Party delivery Service/Single Store App Service.

If the distributor uses The Brand in any other region other than the Agreed Territory stated above, there could be severe consequences.

This may include but not limited to The Brand terminating the Code of Conduct as well all services and block all access to the website and ordering system.

The distributor is an independent contractor and is not a legal representative of The Brand or any of it's representatives.

The distributor does not work directly or indirectly for The Brand or any of it's representatives.

The distributor does not carry any permissions for and shall have no right or authority or warrant over any of the UK’s Company’s brand, assets, employees or other partners & or businesses.

Therefore it must be clearly indicated on all literature and correspondence and by way of a prominently displayed notice board at the Premises the fact that it is an independent franchisee of the Franchiser and is in no other way connected with the company apart from operating under The Brand.

As well as this The Brand must be clearly shown on all paperwork, literature and marketing in a prominent position enough to show users and potential customers The Brand information so that they can access the website, apps or other software in order to inquire of or order services from The Brand.

Firstly, the appointed manager has freedom from competition of other brand managers in the area, and that means exclusivity.

It also means each manager are in charge of their own recruitment processes - whereby The Brand can supply candidates and the manager can work through the applicants, giving feedback as and where possible.

The brand will always carry out final courier interviews via video-link in order to ascertain they are the right fit for the position before finally going ahead.

The managers will be taking commission from profits each courier makes, and means targets being hit can get bigger bonuses each month and when bonuses apply.

The role gives the manager the opportunity to choose own hours, and have couriers working around them, can have premises or work remotely and can even work from home.

The managers will be responsible for all day to day running, but the end of the day this is the managers area for the manager to make their own, with possible further promotions or new areas and locations opening up all the time, the manager will be in prime position for any future recruitment needed and for any future positions opening up.
