Area Managing Partner - Luxury Real Estate (Commissions based, Monthly OTE +200K MXN, Home Office CDMX)

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and manage a team of real estate advisors.
• Develop Patrimo's presence across Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
• Build relationships with property owners, investors, developers and strategic partners.
• Support advisors in identifying and closing residential, commercial and hospitality transactions.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and high performance.
• Represent Patrimo exclusively within your territory.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Existing network within the real estate, investment or business community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline.
• Ability to work independently and manage a growing team.
• Experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, hospitality, investment advisory or related sectors is highly valued.
