Results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors, responsible for leading sales growth and building customer relationships in Maharashtra, India . Utilizes product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, driving revenue and market share increase. Key Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Maharashtra New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills and Abilities .
