Ready to grow an established brand across international markets?

Orkla Health is looking for an Area Sales Manager to take Salve (Salvelox and Salvequick) to new heights across EMEA. You will play a key role in both expanding into new markets and accelerating growth in existing ones, working closely with trusted distribution partners to develop strategies for pricing, positioning, distribution, and marketing investment.

As part of Orkla Health International’s EMEAA Grocery/Food Trade (GFT) team, you will manage and develop the distributor network, strengthen existing partnerships, and identify new partners where needed. Salve is a key priority for the team, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the brand’s next chapter. You will join an Oslo-based team of five and work in a dynamic, international environment with close collaboration across sales, marketing, and other functions. · Experience in marketing and/or sales within consumer goods is preferred

As a person, you

· Build strong relationships and adapt easily in a multicultural environment

· Bring a positive and generous attitude, with a collaborative approach to success

· Are self-driven, take initiative and use creativity to manage challenging situations

· Build trust through transparency and integrity in everything you do

· Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Why join Orkla Health

· A dynamic, international environment with close collaboration across sales, marketing, and other functions
