Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI models and systems that power OPXO Group’s software products and digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP solutions, and integrating neural network-based components into production-grade software. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into robust AI features, as well as evaluating model performance and optimizing algorithms for scalability and reliability. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including training, tuning, and deploying models to production environments.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, conversational AI, and language model integration.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and version control.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
- Experience in building AI solutions for real-world products or business applications is highly beneficial; prior work in conversational AI or business automation is a plus.
