ASIC Verification Engineer – Hybrid

Role: ASIC Design Verification Technical Lead Engineer, focused on verifying complex ASICs for next-generation high-speed optical communication products.

Responsibilities: Lead development of detailed test plans and verification test benches, apply innovative verification techniques, supervise test execution, review verification coding and coverage metrics, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members. Collaborate on testing technologies and process improvements to ensure high-quality ASIC delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or equivalent experience; expertise in ASIC verification methodologies, SystemVerilog/UVM, C++, and scripting languages; experience with in-house IP, DSP algorithms, modulation techniques, formal verification tools, and lab validation is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
