Job Title: Asset & Logistics Administrator (Brussels)

Location: Brussels Onsite 3 days/ 2 days remote week

Pay Rate: €340 per day

We're looking for a detail-driven Asset & Logistics Administrator (AAM IV L4) to join the team in Brussels hybrid 3 days a week onsite/ 2 days remote

You'll handle:

📦 Software licenses & stock management

🚚 Ordering, deliveries & shipments to HQs and Delegations

🔧 Repair flow follow-up

📊 IT inventory (permanent & annual) + decommissioning

💼 Procurement & contract admin support

You bring:

✅ Secondary diploma + 4 yrs experience

✅ Advanced Excel + solid ICT hardware knowledge

✅ Procurement, contract & budget reporting experience (international environment)

✅ Fluent English OR French (good grasp of the other)
