Responsibilities Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize asset utilization Conduct regular audits of asset inventory and condition Prepare reports on asset performance and recommend improvements Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in asset management or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Proficient in asset management software and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus
