What You Will Be Working On

  • Contribute to projects tied to real business priorities, including analyzing performance across the portfolio
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs, surfacing risks and limitations, and applying your own judgment rather than passing AI output through unreviewed.

  • Further develop your capabilities in critical thinking, problem solving, financial and data analysis, and applying a digital-first mindset to real business challenges.
  • Present findings, insights, or recommendations to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028.
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and asset management through coursework, clubs, prior work, research, or independent projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to thrive in changing environments and adopt new ways of working.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Active user of AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in your studies or projects, and able to explain where they help, where they fail, and how you verify output quality.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of your own work product.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Prior internship or work experience in real estate, finance, asset management, or a related field.
  • Experience with or exposure to financial modeling, particularly in Excel.
  • Familiarity with industry-relevant tools, platforms, or data sources.
  • Experience presenting findings or recommendations to senior audiences.
