The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) works with supports the Business Leadership Team in directing and coordinating assigned projects as they learn the fundamentals – how we operate, collaborate internally, and partner with clients to make the work. In this role, the AAE will be responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Set priorities, organize workstreams, manage assigned projects and support mid-level business leads on larger projects.
  • Provide daily support to the Business Leadership Team, including the following:
    • Develop and/or update daily, weekly, monthly status reports and/or project trackers as required
    • Traffic digital assets
    • Participate in internal and Client meetings and capture meeting notes, issuing them in a timely manner to help keep the team and project on track.
    • Maintain communication with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that the assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and manage individual projects in a positive, efficient and timely manner, including:
    • Maintain communication and partner cross-functionally with appropriate agency personnel, understanding and respecting each department’s role within the Agency and promoting a collaborative environment.
    • Learn to anticipate upcoming Agency and Client needs, navigating potential hurdles and proactively offering solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent business experience
  • Communications excellence, both verbal and written; also a good listener.
  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges, adaptable and ready to learn.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and resourcefulness
  • Can work independently and take assignments readily
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (short lead time)

$50,000-$60,000



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
