Our Toyota Finance team is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our team in our headquarters in Athens, Greece. This role is offered on a fixed-term basis through the end of 2027, with the potential for continued collaboration subject to business needs.

What You'll Do:

• Processing and recording accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• Preparing account reconciliations and maintaining financial records
• Assisting with invoice verification, expense reporting and payment processing
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and workflows

About You

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum or no previous professional experience required
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• SAP knowledge will be considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is considered an asset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Good command of Greek and English
