Assistant HR Manager (Shared Services)

Do you have proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams? We have a great opportunity for an HR Specialist to join our client, a leading global law firm with a fantastic benefits package on offer! Your contractu al location will be Sheffield and our client offers hybrid working (the expectation would be to work from the office 2 days a week).  What youll be doing: Lead and manage a team which includes HR Specialists, L&D, Reward and the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Review HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Monitor SLAs Continuously review and implement self-service processes Review, identify and implement HR technology solutions and oversee data integrity and accuracy Review and submission of the monthly UK payroll Requirements: Proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS platforms ideally Workday Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and process improvements.
