We are looking for an Assistant Manager in Accounting to join our growing Luxembourg Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, client interaction and people leadership in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, you will play an important role in delivering accounting and financial reporting services to a diverse portfolio of Luxembourg corporate and real estate structures while helping to develop and mentor team members.
What You Will Do
Accounting & Financial Reporting
You will:
- Support the management of a client service team providing accounting and reporting services to Luxembourg corporate and real estate structures.
- Serve as a key contact for an allocated portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Review and oversee accounting records prepared in accordance with Lux GAAP and IFRS, where applicable.
- Support the preparation and review of annual financial statements, management accounts and other financial reporting deliverables.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other professional partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist with the accounting and reporting of financing and intercompany structures.
- Contribute to maintaining high quality standards and regulatory compliance across client portfolios.
Client & Stakeholder Management
You will:
- Develop strong and lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with legal advisors, auditors, banks and tax specialists.
- Support the onboarding of new client structures.
- Help ensure a positive client experience through responsive communication and high-quality service.
Team Leadership & Development
You will:
- Coach, mentor and support junior colleagues in their professional development.
- Review work prepared by team members and provide constructive guidance.
- Help allocate work and manage team priorities.
- Contribute to training initiatives, onboarding and performance development discussions.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team culture.

Skills & Experience
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. French and/or German would be an advantage.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent), or currently working towards one.
- Experience in accounting and financial reporting within a Luxembourg corporate services, fiduciary, real estate, professional services or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of Lux GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Experience reviewing or supervising accounting work and supporting less experienced colleagues.
- Exposure to Luxembourg holding companies, SOPARFIs, SPVs, financing structures, SCSp entities or real estate structures.
- Knowledge of statutory audits, tax compliance and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering excellent client service and developing positive working relationships.
