COMPANY OVERVIEW
We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW
The “Insights and Analytics” organization within General Mills’ Strategy and Growth function is responsible to deliver integrated consumer, customer, category, and business performance insights to power smarter, faster decisions and next-best actions, enabling precision in brand strategies, campaign execution, media and investment optimization across our US businesses and brands. The Insights and Analytics org has integrated teams operating from our Minneapolis and India offices. This is a newly created agentic AI role within our HQ Marketing Operations – Digital Transformation org, and will be based in our India office.
As the Agentic Search - Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of General Mills’ Marketing Activation and Operations team, helping translate real-time data signals into prioritized actions that improve the visibility, accuracy and representation of our brands in leading AI systems. This role will sit at the intersection of data and insight generation, with a focus on interpreting regular outputs from LLM (large language model) optimization partners and converting those outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for the broader AEO (answer engine optimization) team. You will regularly receive and analyze data from third-party vendors, identify what the results mean for content, help inform optimization decisions, map the phasing of recommended actions, and coordinate implementation with cross-functional partners. In addition, you will be directly responsible for hiring, mentoring, and coaching another Agentic AI Analyst, who will be reporting to you. As a thought leader, you will be building cross-functional relationships, and working across marketing, content, and operations teams to bring in key insights that are actionable and help us show up in the agentic results.
This role is ideal for a highly curious, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working through complex datasets, finding the story in the data, and helping teams move from insight to action.
Based in the General Mills India Center (GIC), this role will operate as part of General Mills’ global model, with day-to-day work direction and priorities closely connected to U.S.-based functional partners and managers.
