Assistant Manager - Operations

With three global headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers and more than 66,000 employees, WNS combines scale, expertise and execution to create meaningful, measurable impact. • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for process improvement initiatives.• Conduct end-to-end process walkthroughs and assessments to identify automation and efficiency opportunities across accounting and finance functions.• Design, develop, test, and implement automated solutions using VBA, MS Access, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query.• Create and maintain custom Excel-based tools, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline accounting processes.• Develop VBA applications and macros to eliminate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.• Build Power Apps solutions to digitize business processes and improve user experience.• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks, approvals, notifications, and data integrations.• Utilize Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and consolidation from multiple data sources.• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, user guides, and system specifications.• Manage the full solution lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing automation solutions.• Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and business value.• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective adoption of developed solutions.• Maintain governance and best practices for automation development, version control, and documentation. Qualifications & experience• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field• Minimum of 2-3 years of experienceKey Skills & Technologies• Advanced VBA (Excel Macro Development)• Microsoft Access• Microsoft Power Apps• Microsoft Power Automate• Microsoft Power Query• Microsoft Excel Advanced Functions• Business Process Analysis and Mapping• Requirements Gathering and Documentation• Process Automation and Optimization• Solution Design, Testing, and Deployment• Stakeholder Management• Application Support and Maintenance• Experience in Python, .net framework, net core development will be an advantage.• Experience in MS SQL server is preferred.
