In this role, you will manage a complex portfolio of trust and corporate clients while supporting the Manager in leading the team, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will also play a key role in mentoring colleagues, driving operational improvements, and contributing to the commercial success of the business. What You’ll Do You will manage a complex portfolio of private wealth clients, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of trust and corporate administration services. You will support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and developing the team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards while promoting best practices across the team. You will contribute to operational excellence by supporting process improvements, new client onboarding, and the achievement of commercial and business objectives. You have a STEP, ICSA, or equivalent professional qualification, or are working towards one. You have a strong understanding of trust and company administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and relevant regulatory frameworks. You have experience managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and supporting team leadership. You have excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
