You'll use data, insight and your expertise to proactively improve client outcomes, solve complex challenges and influence service excellence across the business. Working with stakeholders globally, you'll help shape processes, drive continuous improvement and ensure clients receive the high-quality service Ocorian is known for. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the local Client Excellence Team. Drive delivery of the Client Excellence strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance client experience and service quality. Provide expert guidance on onboarding, client lifecycle management, AML/CFT and regulatory requirements. Use data, feedback and risk insights to identify issues, drive resolutions and improve outcomes. Oversee key governance, compliance and client review activities. Champion a proactive risk culture and support effective risk management across the office. #LI-BF1 #LI-Hybrid Knowledge, Skills and Experience Experience within corporate, fiduciary, fund or financial services. Strong understanding of AML/CFT, client lifecycle management and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to influence, drive change and improve operational processes. Strong risk awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. ICA, STEP, CGI or similar professional qualification desirable.
