As a Senior Manager, you will lead a client administration function, overseeing a complex fiduciary portfolio, driving commercial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client service while supporting business growth and operational excellence. What you'll do You'll lead and manage a complex client portfolio (approximately £2.5m revenue), ensuring exceptional client service, profitability, operational excellence, effective risk management, and compliance with all regulatory and company requirements You'll oversee and develop a high-performing Client Administration Team by allocating resources effectively, providing technical guidance on complex client matters, managing recruitment and performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth You'll drive commercial success by managing portfolio P&L performance, supporting fee reviews, improving cash collections and utilization, identifying cross-selling opportunities, growing intermediary relationships, and contributing to new business development and client retention initiatives You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication, supporting strategic business initiatives, and representing the organization's values while delivering service that exceeds client expectations You'll leverage strong decision-making, business insight, stakeholder management, and resource management skills to lead change, assess regulatory and business risks, drive process improvements, support strategic objectives, and ensure key performance indicators are achieved across the portfolio What we offer Base Salary: Competitive pay based on role, qualifications, experience, and market standards Annual Bonus: Performance-based discretionary bonus paid annually Referral Rewards: Bonus for employees who successfully refer candidates Pension Contributions: Employer contributes 7%–12% of basic salary depending on level Insurance Benefits: Medical, dental, life assurance, and income protection coverage Additional Benefits: Paid leave, hybrid working, wellness programs, and recognition schemes You hold an ICSA, STEP, or equivalent professional qualification (desirable), supported by at least 10 years of relevant experience within the trust, corporate, or fiduciary services industry You possess extensive knowledge of Trust Company Business, fiduciary responsibilities, industry best practices, and the legal frameworks governing trust and company administration You demonstrate a strong understanding of trust and company legal documentation, as well as taxation principles and their impact on trust and corporate structures across relevant jurisdictions.
