Assistant Marketing Manager

Taskeen Health Initiative is a non-profit organization committed to building a happier and healthier Pakistan. With a mission to promote mental health and prevent mental illness, we work toward creating a society where individuals and communities can truly thrive. Our efforts focus on improving mental health awareness, access to care, and psychosocial support through initiatives such as our national helpline, school-based programs, and advocacy efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content calendars, communication plans and campaigns aligned with Taskeen’s strategic objectives.
• Plan and execute digital awareness, public engagement, PR and brand visibility campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the Senior Content Producer to conceptualize and develop engaging social media content, including short-form videos.
• Lead the end-to-end production of Stories of Hope and Short Films, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, influencers, media and external partners.
• Manage and grow Taskeen’s social media and digital platforms, including planning, implementing and monitoring digital advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyse campaign performance and KPIs, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support PR activities, media engagement, events and organizational visibility, while contributing to annual strategic planning and brand communications.
• Lead the execution of the Green Heart Volunteer Program and coordinate team projects, timelines and deliverables.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, PR or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, PR, content development or social media management.
• Experience in campaign planning, project coordination and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
• Excellent English and Urdu communication skills.
• Experience in the development sector, healthcare or social impact organizations is an advantage.
