Role Description The Assistant Monetization Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the optimization of ad revenue across PubVibe’s publisher network. The role involves monitoring ad performance metrics, analyzing traffic and revenue trends, and assisting in the configuration of ad placements and formats to improve yield. This position works closely with internal teams and external publishers to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns. The Assistant Monetization Manager will also help prepare performance reports, contribute to strategy discussions, and support the implementation of new monetization tools and technologies.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of online advertising, programmatic media, or ad networks, with interest in monetization, yield optimization, or revenue management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis, and interpreting performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, fill rate, revenue).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams through online communication tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or performance-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks such as reporting, documentation, and process follow-up.
• Comfort with basic technical concepts related to websites and apps (e.g., ad tags, placements, integrations); experience with ad servers or SSP/DSP platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital advertising or online media.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, publisher account management, or ad operations is beneficial but not mandatory for motivated learners.
