Be In Good Company

  • Generous product discounts across our iconic brands, with the flexibility to work 1 day from home each week
  • Collaborative culture with a genuine commitment to sustainability and community
  • Learn and Grow Opportunities

About the Role

Are you energetic, curious and analytical, with a knack for data and problem solving? Join our Supply Chain team in Pyrmont and help turn insights into action, keeping orders and deliveries on track across multiple categories.

Reporting to the Supply Manager, you’ll support supply management across multiple categories, including hosiery, babywear and kids outer wear. You’ll work closely with merchandising, planning, logistics, offshore sourcing teams and suppliers to keep orders and deliveries moving, identify mismatches or shortages early and help solve problems quickly.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Using Power BI and Excel to analyse supply, stock and delivery data, quickly identifying mismatches, shortages and risks
  • Supporting order placement and tracking deliveries, including chasing updates and opportunities to bring orders forward
  • Working with sourcing teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply and delivery issues
  • Managing supply activities across multiple categories, balancing priorities and maintaining accurate system data
  • Identifying practical solutions and opportunities to improve supply processes

About You

You’re eager to learn and comfortable getting into the detail, confident working with data and systems, and just as capable of communicating what the numbers mean to different stakeholders. You’ll bring:

  • Strong Excel skills, including confidence using pivot tables
  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies quickly
  • Strong systems capability and confidence learning new technology and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple categories and priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to navigate across different stakeholders
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to follow issues through to resolution
  • An interest in supply chain, operations, planning or logistics

Experience in apparel or a similar product-based industry would be advantageous, but isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in candidates with strong data, systems and communication capability who are motivated to learn and grow.
