We are oOh!media (pronounced “oh!” media).

oOh!media is the #1 Out of Home company in Australia and New Zealand.

We exist to make public spaces better and brands unmissable, proudly leading the market with innovation, creativity, data and results. Our network plays an important role in the communities where it is located, creating engaging environments that inform, entertain and inspire, while connecting brands with audiences at scale.

We have a unique culture, purpose and set of values that shape how we show up every day. We Win as One. We are Hungry. Always. And we Own It. We are oOh!media, and we are unmissable.

About the opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Based in North Sydney
  • Vibrant, collaborative culture with four days in the office and flexibility built in
  • Lead an essential P&C operations function at an exciting point of HR technology and service transformation

We are looking for an experienced P&C Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our P&C operational services and help shape a simpler, smarter employee experience. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence, people leadership and HR technology.

You will lead a small team, strengthen service standards and employee lifecycle processes, and own the administration and optimisation of Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder. With Workday and ServiceNow central to the role, you will use data, automation, self-service and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work, improve service quality and create a more consistent experience for employees and leaders.

This opportunity will suit an HR operations leader who is equally comfortable coaching a team, resolving operational priorities and getting into the detail of systems, reporting and process improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of P&C operational services, ensuring employee and leader enquiries are handled accurately, consistently and on time.
  • Oversee key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, leave administration and offboarding.
  • Own the administration and ongoing optimisation of Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder.
  • Develop and maintain clear service standards, service level agreements and operational KPIs.
  • Use HR systems, automation, self-service and AI-enabled functionality to simplify processes and improve employee experience.
  • Maintain high standards of employee data accuracy, integrity, security and position management.
  • Develop practical P&C dashboards and workforce reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Identify service trends, operational risks and continuous improvement opportunities, then turn them into measurable outcomes.
  • Standardise and document processes and procedures, building a sustainable knowledge base for the team.
  • Coach and develop P&C Operations team members, while partnering closely with Payroll, P&C specialists, HR Business Partners and business leaders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in P&C/HR operations, employee services or a shared services environment.
  • Hands-on Workday administration experience and demonstrated experience using ServiceNow in an HR or employee service environment. Experience across both platforms is essential.
  • Experience managing and optimising HR systems and translating operational needs into practical system and process improvements.
  • A strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR data governance and Australian employment requirements.
  • Experience leading operational improvement, service optimisation or transformation initiatives.
  • Confidence using dashboards and operational data to identify trends, track performance and support decisions. Power BI or Workday reporting experience will be highly regarded.
  • Experience applying automation, AI or digital solutions to improve end-to-end HR processes.
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability, including coaching, prioritisation and constructive feedback.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a practical, collaborative and customer-focused approach.

Benefits and perks:

  • Modern North Sydney offices with great amenities and easy transport access
  • Competitive salary and bonus opportunities
  • Career development and learning opportunities to support your growth
  • Generous parental leave and wellbeing support, including EAP access via Sonder
  • Regular team events, social activities and recognition programs
  • Wellness initiatives and discounts to support your health and lifestyle
  • The opportunity to shape how P&C services, systems and employee experiences evolve across a market-leading business

If you are a hands-on P&C operations leader who knows Workday and ServiceNow, enjoys improving how things work and wants to create a meaningful impact for employees and leaders, we would love to hear from you.
