Role Overview

As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will support day-to-day buying - raising purchase orders, chasing suppliers, and keeping the procurement cycle moving cleanly. It is a strong launchpad for a career in sourcing and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Buying Support

• Raise and track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotes, and support supplier selection
• Maintain accurate purchase records, prices, and supplier data

Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams on requirements and timelines
• Help resolve invoice, delivery, and quality queries with suppliers

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0 to 2 years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, follow-through habit
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn ERP tools
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• An internship or project exposure to procurement or operations
• A degree in supply chain, engineering, commerce, or business
• Interest in manufacturing or shared-services environments
