Role Overview

As a Sourcing Procurement Manager, you will lead the front end of procurement - building the supplier pipeline, running competitive sourcing events, and onboarding partners who deliver on cost, quality, and time. You turn requirements into a strong, qualified supplier base.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers across categories
• Run RFIs, RFQs, and competitive bidding events end to end
• Benchmark pricing and build a resilient, multi-source supply base

Evaluation & Onboarding

• Assess supplier capability, capacity, and compliance before award
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage smooth supplier onboarding

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in sourcing, vendor development, or procurement
• Strong supplier evaluation and negotiation skills
• A market-research mindset and comfort with sourcing tools
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Exposure to e-sourcing or auction platforms
• A degree in supply chain, engineering, or business
