- Levantamento e documentação de Requisitos junto ao cliente;

- Validação dos Requisitos com a Fábrica de Software;

- Homologação das entregas efetuadas pela Fábrica (correções e implementações);

- Condução de reuniões com o time interno e com o cliente para tratamento de problemas ou discussão de soluções;

- Elaboração de Especificação Funcional com o fluxo de trabalho e detalhamento das soluções para a Fábrica de Software;

- Recebimento, Análise, Tratamento e Encaminhamento de Tickets recebidos do cliente

- Abertura e acompanhamento de Tickets internos;

- Validação das correções dos tickets internos;

- Elaboração de Status Report sobre o backlog dos Tickets Internos;

Treinamento e Orientação ao usuário final sobre as funcionalidades do Sistema.
