Identify cases diagnosed and/or treated by referencing primary and secondary sources of information, including the patient’s medical/treatment record, pathology reports, and diagnostic indices. Abstract reportable registry data and coordinate the long-term follow up data collection and input for registry patients. Assign medical record codes and enter them into the registry database according to established protocol. Submit registry data in compliance with the regulatory requirements and timeframes. Review registry data for completeness and accuracy, and perform follow-up using additional data sources as necessary. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Previous healthcare experience highly preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
