Performance Marketing – Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. Firki | FMCG – Beverages Firki is a young, flavour-first beverage brand built for the new generation of Indian consumers. As we scale across markets and platforms, we’re looking for someone who can help turn digital discovery into measurable sales. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing – Assistant Manager / Manager who understands that performance marketing isn’t just about running ads — it’s about driving growth. What You’ll Do ● Own and manage performance marketing across Meta, Google and Amazon Ads. ● Drive growth across third-party marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging channels. ● Plan, execute and optimise campaigns with a strong focus on sales, ROAS, customer acquisition and revenue growth. ● Work closely with marketplace, sales, creative and brand teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion. ● Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and platform-level optimisation. ● Analyse campaign and platform data to understand what is selling, where it is selling and why. ● Build dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance metrics and translate data into clear business actions. ● Experiment with creatives, audiences, offers and media strategies to continuously improve performance. ● Partner with the wider marketing team during new product, flavour and market launches. ● Help build Firki’s digital commerce engine as the brand scales. Requirements Who We’re Looking For ● 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Commerce. ● Experience with FMCG, consumer products, D2C or high-frequency consumer categories preferred. ● Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and Amazon Ads. ● Experience driving performance across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. ● A strong sales-led approach — someone who thinks beyond impressions and clicks and understands that the end goal is revenue. ● Strong analytical ability with comfort around numbers, campaign data, attribution and performance reporting. ● Someone who can balance creative instinct with analytical decision-making. ● Proactive, curious and eager to experiment, learn and take ownership. ● Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the brand and its digital channels are being built simultaneously.
