About Crimson

Crimson Education is the world’s leading college admissions consulting firm, with over 1,490 Ivy League offers and 2,410 to the US Top 15. We help ambitious students gain admission to the world’s top universities through expert-led guidance and proven, data-driven strategies. Crimson students are 7x more likely to get into the Ivy League than their peers. We were recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal.

We’re the only college admissions consultancy that brings together:

  • Former Ivy League and Top 20 admissions officers to rigorously review and refine applications

  • Professors and PhD teaching fellows from leading universities to guide students through original, independent research — with pathways to selective peer-reviewed publication or conference presentation

  • Past ISEF winners and judges who coach students to compete for state, national, and international science fair awards

  • Capstone project mentors who help students design and scale leadership initiatives with real-world impact, measurable outcomes, and credible external validation

We’re backed by leading VC firms, including Tiger Global, Heal Partners, IceHouse Ventures, and Movac, and recently closed a USD $40M Series D funding round at a USD $640M valuation. We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

  • Run consultative discovery calls and academic assessments to uncover a family's goals, concerns and decision drivers

  • Present and sell Crimson programs with confidence, tailoring the proposal to each student and handling objections with skill

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, keeping the pipeline healthy and the CRM accurate

  • Sharpen your pitch continuously through call reviews, coaching and market and product knowledge

  • Come up with creative new ways to reach and engage families

  • Build partnerships with schools, businesses, non-profits and other organizations that generate qualified leads

  • Work with the Local Area and Digital Marketing teams to improve lead generation, identifying campaigns, services and distribution channels that grow leads and sales

  • Represent Crimson at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminars, turning audiences into opportunities

  • Research potential organizations and markets for lead generation, and attend relevant industry events to share insight on market trends

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:

  • An excellent track record in sales, ideally high-ticket or consultative sales with long decision cycles and multiple stakeholders

  • A history of meeting or beating targets, and the drive to keep doing it

  • Strong storytelling and public speaking skills, and the ability to persuade and build trust with parents and students

  • Confidence selling over video and phone

  • Resilience, curiosity and a creative approach to prospecting and closing

  • A genuine interest in education and in connecting families to the right program

Experience that would be useful in this role:

  • CRM handling and disciplined pipeline management

  • Fluency in English and one or two Indian languages

  • Experience in education, edtech or admissions, or an understanding of the global undergraduate application process (particularly US and UK), is a plus but not essential
