Associate AD Operations Specialist

Job Description: We're looking for an Associate Ad Operations Specialist to join our advertiser-side AdOps team. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on getting advertiser campaigns set up correctly, launched on time, and running smoothly. You'll be the operational engine behind our campaigns, trafficking ads, monitoring delivery and pacing, troubleshooting issues, supporting onboarding, and pulling the reports that keep advertisers happy. It's an ideal entry point for someone early in their ad-tech career who wants to learn the platform inside and out and grow into a campaign or account management role. Please submit your resume or any documentation in English. We can't wait to meet you! Qualifications : Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. 0–2 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or a related field - internships and relevant coursework count. Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to repetitive, accuracy-critical work. Comfort with numbers and data; able to read a performance report and spot what looks off. Comfortable working with structured tools and processes to produce and refine ads at volume, with good judgment about quality. Solid spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) - sorting, filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables. Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to ask for help when something isn't right. Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without losing track of the details. A genuine interest in advertising technology and a desire to learn how the ecosystem works. Nice to have Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, or campaign management platforms. Exposure to contextual or programmatic advertising concepts. Basic understanding of ad tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, or tag management. Experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) or basic SQL. Responsibilities : Set up advertiser campaigns and ads in the platform, making sure placements, budgets, and flight dates are configured accurately. Help onboard and QA campaigns before launch: verify creative specs, landing pages, tracking, and placement setup to catch errors before they go live. Monitor live campaigns for delivery, budget pacing, and performance; flag under- or over-pacing campaigns and help take corrective action. Troubleshoot day-to-day issues such as delivery gaps, creative rejections, tracking discrepancies, and reporting mismatches. Pull and assemble performance reports (impressions, clicks, CTR, spend) for internal teams and advertiser-facing updates. Respond to day-to-day advertiser and agency requests, keeping turnaround tight on anything that's blocking a campaign. Support optimization efforts by surfacing trends and anomalies in campaign data and helping act on them. Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers, and internal records.
