What You’ll Do Global Client Support: Work as part of the Professional Services organization to support clients across the US, Europe, and Asia, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience. Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain portfolio information for clients, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility through the Termgrid platform. Coordinate and oversee the data ingestion process to ensure smooth onboarding and updates. Client Insights & Reporting: Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing insights on client usage patterns, engagement metrics, and key feedback. Client Relationship Management: Work with Account Managers on client inquiries and issues related to Termgrid’s Portfolio product, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication. Knowledge Management: Develop, maintain, and update internal and external knowledge base articles to enhance client enablement and internal operational efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client needs, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements. What We’re Looking For A solid academic background with a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. 2-8 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, capital market or private equity firmm or similar domain. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive on receiving a "wow" response from clients. Your attention to detail is outstanding; our clients are sophisticated investors, and building their trust is essential. You have a solid understanding of corporate and leveraged finance; terms like "term loan," "syndications," and "capital structure" resonate with you. You are systematic and methodical, consistently meeting your commitments and quickly identifying business opportunities.
