Associate Attorney

Requirements Responsibilities: Conduct legal research to support litigation Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals Experience: Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Significant experience in litigation Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements Strong analytical skills Experience with law office software and tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively Familiarity with law office software and tools Work Location: Rhode Island Job Type: W2 Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday License/Certification: Rhode Island Bar (Required) Salary Description $70,000-$75,000
